In House Laboratory With Home Collection Facility

• Samples are collected at clinic from 8am to 1 pm
• Home collection done within 3 km free of cost provided sample value more than Rs 300
• Appointments for home collection are done from 8 am to 8 pm
• Emergency sample charges are extra
• For post prandial blood sugar test if patients not ready at appointed time i.e. takes breakfast later then scheduled, visit for collection will be charged.
• Charges for laboratory test to be paid full and at the time of collection, otherwise sample may not be processed and report to be witheld.
• Reports are delivered at 7 pm at specialists clinic-1,or at your residence as agreed upon at the time of collection
